Founding partner of Baldazzi Zattera & Associates, graduated summa cum laude in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. Master in tax law and corporate taxation, is a member of the Association of Certified Accountants and Registry of Chartered Auditors. Following a brief experience in KPMG., he joined the associated tax firm part of the global network of the international firm Deloitte & Touche as Tax Director gaining significant experience in international M&A transactions on behalf of multinationals and investment funds and business restructuring. At present he mainly deals with international group companies, offering tax and corporate consultancy. A member of board of control and examiners of important multinationals and the author of numerous articles on tax law on renowned financial and fiscal reviews.
