Gianluca Zattera

Founding partner of Baldazzi Zattera & Associates, graduated in Economy and Business at Verona University in 1995, member of the Association of Certified Accountants and Registry of Chartered Auditors since 1999. He started practice in a tax consultancy firm in Vicenza achieving a thorough knowledge in the domestic corporate tax and business consultancy. In 1998 he joined the associated tax firm part of the global network of the international firm Deloitte & Touche, achieving a large experience in the assistance of many Italian and foreign companies and groups, supporting the VAT and due diligence team. Manager since 2004 and later Tax Director for ordinary and extraordinary consultancy to international clients. He holds office as Statutory Auditor in several Italian companies with mainly focus on VAT issues. Among his clients are various subsidiaries of renowned international groups.
